The  Cabernet Sauvignon is infused with small amounts of Tanat and Merlot.  Science tells us that everything is better with a little blend.  The Merlot rounds out the flavor profile of the Cab, while the Tanat reinforces the tannic structure.  The base line varietal is a blend of two different vineyards.  Both enjoyed a long hang time to allow the fruit to ripen to full flavor.
