Soft Shoulder is our GSM blend, predominately Grenache at 55%, blended with Syrah at 36% and Mourvedre at 9%.  The name expresses the soft, velvety texture of the wine.  Soft Shoulder is rapidly developing into a tasting room favorite.  Soft Shoulder has been awarded Gold Medals by the Sunset International Wine Competition, and the Orange County Fair.
